Following homesite selection, our design team will meet with you to develop your unique vision for the property. Each home at Cliff Point Estates is one of a kind. From the driveway and out-buildings to landscaping, floor plans and finishes, we look forward to helping you customize each element – or you can let us do it.

We have plans to build gorgeous timber frame homes in traditional Pacific Northwest style, featuring large beams, high ceilings and rock fireplaces. But any style or design is possible, and you are very welcome to bring your own architect or home plans.
